About Us

The Snowdonia National Park Authority (PAEC) protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of the Snowdonia National Park.
Covering 823 square miles, the park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.

We are now looking for a Hospitality Services Officer to join us for a fixed term contract of 12 months. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours a week over 5 days. This will be over seven days, including working on weekends.

The Role

As a Hospitality Services Officer, you will provide high quality catering and guest services at Plas Tan y Bwlch National Park Centre.

Plas Tan y Bwlch offers accommodation for individuals and groups and has an on-site café/restaurant catering for a wide range of tastes and budgets.

In particular, your role will include preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold meals and drinks, cleaning and maintaining guest areas, and providing a professional and welcoming service to all visitors.

Supporting smooth daily operations, you will also:

- Ensure guests

- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest experiences

basisTo be considered a Hospitality Services Officer, you will need:

- Ability to communicate in English and Welsh
- Experience of working in a similar commercial kitchen environment or have a City and Guilds 706/2 qualification or equivalent
- Food, Health and Basic Hygiene Certificate
- Experience of preparing meals for special
