Do you have experience in Contract Management, Site Management or Quantity Surveying? We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work with the Maintenance team. The team provides all repairs and maintenance to vacant properties and tenants for the Group, as well as carrying out investment work through a planned programme. The Manager will take responsibility and accountability for the efficient and effective delivery of planned investment, responsive repairs and vacant property work to ensure that agreed targets and timetables are met or exceeded.
