Role responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced Sales and Marketing team.

 

This role will work closely with a range of internal/external stakeholders, agencies and partners to deliver Tourism and Partnership specific elements of the annual Campaigns Marketing plan. This role will devise, deliver, manage and evaluate a variety of concurrent through-the-line marketing propositions, campaigns and experiential events to address key objectives, and achieve agreed RoI and sales targets.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

  • Ensures compliant, timely and efficient delivery of agreed objectives.
  • Plans, develops & implements marketing campaigns/initiatives, including managing proposition/creative development and media planning with agency partners.
  • Optimises and evaluates marketing performance using marketing insight, research, media metrics & behavioural science inputs Manages the procurement & relationship with DMO, travel trade and attraction partners supporting the delivery of marketing and sales activities.
  • Manages the relationship with external Tourism partners to devise & deliver owned, joint and partner only campaigns, products, services, CX/events and behavioural change initiatives to achieve mutual objectives & outcome benefits.

  

Who we’re looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in Marketing, Brand or Communications
  • Experience and proficiency in managing, delivering, optimising & evaluating marketing/communications campaigns.
  • Experience of delivering high profile, high impact partnership and joint marketing activities.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills, with experience of collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders on multiple projects/ adapting to changing priorities.
  • Line management experience

  

Welsh Language Skills

The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.

 

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills.
