Eryri National Park Authority (ENPA) protects the natural beauty, wildlife, and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
We are now looking for an Information Centre Assistant to join us on a part-time basis, working 3-5 days per week, for a six week, fixed-term contract during the school summer holidays.

The Role
As an Information Centre Assistant, you will provide an outstanding visitor experience at our Betws y Coed centre.
Providing support and advice to our visitors about the area, Eryri National Park, Wales and beyond, you will assist with enquiries while promoting local attractions and the special qualities the Park has to offer.
Contributing to all areas of the Centre, you will oversee retail activities, help with the maintenance and cleanliness of the site, and support our marketing initiatives too.
Working as part of the Communications Service, you will work to:
- Promote safe and responsible use and enjoyment of the Eryri National Park
- Enhance public awareness and appreciation of the special qualities of the Park
- Gain support for the work of the National Park Authority
About You
To be considered as an Information Centre Assistant, you will need:
- The ability to speak Welsh and English fluently
- Local knowledge and an enthusiasm for the qualities of the National Park and the area
- Good knowledge of Welsh geography and attractions
