The Education Workforce Council (EWC) is the statutory, self-regulating professional body for members of the education workforce in Wales.
The Communications Officer will take a lead role in developing, implementing and reviewing the EWC’s Communications and Engagement strategy and work to raise awareness of the Welsh Language standards, supporting colleagues in their compliance and undertaking short translations for web content, emails etc.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be fluent in written and spoken Welsh. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a communications or marketing role.
