Swyddle offers a bespoke, bilingual recruitment service to enable your organisation to find the individuals with the right skillset and the Welsh Language skills necessary for your day to day needs.
As part of our service offer, we will meet with you at your organisation to fully understand the company, the culture, the working environment, the context and purpose of the role and the person specification, including language ability.
We will write an anonymised job advert, optimised to attract the right candidates. We take a creative approach in the way we share the details of roles on the basis of the job specification and language ability. We do this by targeting job adverts within our own networks and appropriate forums and societies in addition to our main platforms.
A network of Welsh speakers
We can draw from a large pool of existing candidates who have already been assessed for their language ability. We also undertake CV searches and proactively source candidate via our own personal and professional networks to find the right candidate.
We offer support during the selection stage, which includes sifting CVs, co-coordinating interviews, negotiating terms, arrange references and security checks and coordinating candidate feedback.
We offer a recruitment package based on a no win no fee arrangement at a commission 8% of annual salary (pro rata).
