Uwch Ymgynghorydd Adnoddau Dynol Adran Adnoddau Dynol, Pencadlys, Llanelwy GTAGC Gradd 8 - £34,037 i £36,672 y flwyddyn (Mae hyn yn cynnwys lwfans o 8.5% am fod ar alwad y tu allan i oriau arferol) Contract tymor sefydlog 12 mis tan Ebrill 2020 dros gyfnod mamolaeth 37 awr yr wythnos Bod yn gyfrifol am faterion yn ymwneud ag Adnoddau Dynol (AD) ar draws rhanbarth penodol yn yr ardal y mae’r sefydliad yn ei gwasanaethu a darparu gwasanaeth cynghori rhagweithiol ac arloesol ym maes AD i weithwyr GTAGC. Cynorthwyo’r Rheolwr AD i gyflawni amcanion yr Adran AD a darparu gwasanaeth effeithlon, cost effeithiol ac o safon uchel. Cyfrannu tuag at ddatblygu a darparu polisïau ac arferion da penodol ar gyfer GTAGC ym maes AD ac ymgymryd â phrosiectau eraill a ystyrir yn angenrheidiol o bryd i’w gilydd. CYMWYSTERAU I’W HARDDANGOS Mae’r rôl yn gofyn am ymgeiswyr sy’n gallu arddangos (gyda thystiolaeth) sgiliau yn yr meysydd canlynol: Gofynion Hanfodol Cyfarwydd â’r ddeddfwriaeth cyflogaeth a deddfwriaethau eraill sydd yn berthnasol i AD. Profiad blaenorol o waith rheoli presenoldeb, recriwtio a phrosiectau AD. Profiad blaenorol o reoli swyddogaethau disgyblu, cwynion, medrusrwydd staff a swyddogaethau AD eraill. Sgiliau cyfathrebu, trefnu, rhyngbersonol a chyflwyno rhagorol. Y gallu i weithio dan bwysau i gwblhau gwaith yn brydlon. Y gallu i flaenoriaethu eich pwysau gwaith eich hun ac ymdopi â sawl achos ar y tro a chynnal safon uchel o wasanaeth ar yr un pryd. Sgiliau TGCh rhagorol , yn cynnwys y gallu i ddefnyddio Microsoft Office a systemau rheoli gwybodaeth. Cymraeg Lefel 4 – Siarad a Gwrando, mynnir eich bod yn gallu; Cynnal sgwrs anffurfiol yn ymwneud â gwaith neu roi cyflwyniad gyda rhuglder ac ystod o ddywediadau ond y gall fod angen troi at iaith arall i ateb cwestiynau annisgwyl neu er mwyn esbonio materion cymhleth neu wybodaeth dechnegol. Cyfrannu’n effeithiol i gyfarfodydd neu seminarau o fewn y maes gwaith. Bodloni gofynion Archwiliad Lefel Sylfaenol DBS. Trwydded yrru lawn y DU er mwyn teithio i leoliadau ar draws y Gogledd (bydd car gwasanaeth ar gael). Hyblygrwydd er mwyn gweithio y tu allan i oriau gwaith arferol yn rheolaidd. Senior HR Adviser
Senior HR Adviser Human Resources Department, Headquarters, St. Asaph NWFRS Grade 8 - £34,037 to £36,672 per annum (Pay is inclusive of 8.5% pay allowance for providing out of hours cover) 12 month fixed term contract until April 2020 to cover maternity leave 37 hours per week To assume responsibility for HR related matters across a specified region within the Service area and to provide a proactive and innovative HR advisory service to NWFRS employees. To assist the Head of Human Resources in fulfilling the objectives of the HR Department and ensuring the delivery of a high quality, efficient and cost effective service. To contribute towards the development and delivery of NWFRS policy and best practice specifically within the HR field and to undertake other projects as may be deemed necessary from time to time. COMPETENCIES TO BE DEMONSTRATED The role requires applicants who can demonstrate (with evidence) skills in the following areas: Essential Requirements Knowledge of employment law and other legislation relevant to HR. Previous experience of undertaking attendance management, recruitment and HR project work. Previous experience of managing discipline, grievance, capability and other related HR functions. Excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to meet deadlines whilst working under pressure. Ability to prioritise own workloads and manage multiple cases concurrently whilst maintaining high standards. Excellent ICT skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office and management information systems. Level 4 Welsh - Speaking and Listening – Requires that you can; keep up an extended casual work related conversation or give a presentation with a good degree of fluency and range of expression but may need to revert to another language to answer unpredictable questions or explain complex points or technical information. Contribute effectively to meetings and seminars within own area of work. Argue for/against a case. Satisfactory results to a Basic Level DBS Check. Full UK drivers licence with the requirement to travel across North Wales (a service car will be provided). Flexibility in order to work out of office hours on a regular basis.
